The holding deposit is calculated as 1 week's rent.

IF THE ANNUAL RENT AMOUNT IS GREATER THAN 50K THEN 6 WEEKS OF RENT IS COLLECTED AS A DEPOSIT.

IF THE ANNUAL RENT AMOUNT IS LESSER THAN OR EQUAL TO 50K THEN 5 WEEKS OF RENT IS COLLECTED AS A DEPOSIT.

LATE/UNPAID RENT AMOUNT - 3% INTEREST IS CALCULATED ON THE RENT AMOUNT AS A FEE.

Late / Unpaid Rent	3% of interest on the rent amount . The interest of 3% above the Bank of England base rate. Effective from Rent Due until paid in order. * This is levied once rent is due more than 14 days in arrears.
